All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Free Shipping for the U.S. Region
We offer free standard shipping for all orders shipping to the U.S. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Depending on the weight and destination, we use UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Orders for fabric swatches are shipped via USPS.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order leaves the fulfillment center. If the information has not yet been displayed on the courier’s website, please try again later.
The transit time is determined by the order destination and the weight of the product. We will choose the best shipping method available.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you received, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, resalable condition.
Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund.
Processing Time
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. If your order is placed by 4 pm EST, it will ship the same day. If placed after 4 pm EST, it will ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
