RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

THE SHIPPING FEE OF RETURN
We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process:

  1. Please contact our customer service representative at support@moeihealth.shop to request an exchange/return form.
  2. Follow the instructions on the exchange/return form to pack and ship back the return package.
  3. a) Refund will be issued once we receive and confirm the return package. If your original payment method is a credit card, processing may take 14 days.
    b) A new package will be shipped out once we receive and confirm the return package.

RETURN PROCESS
Please place the item securely in its original packaging and seal the parcel securely.

Note: Please contact us at support@moeihealth.shop before you return the package to us. We will instruct you on the return process and provide the correct warehouse location depending on your location. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

CANCELLATION
Normally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours, or even within several hours. Once your package has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund. We appreciate your understanding.
